Company K, 2nd Mississippi Infantry Regiment, United States Volunteers. The Company was organized in Lexington, Mississippi, and was mustered into United States Service on June 7th, 1898, at Jackson, Mississippi, as Company K of the 2nd Mississippi Infantry Regiment, United States Volunteers, for two years service. The Company was mustered out of service with the Regiment on December 21st, 1898, at Columbia, Tennessee.

Mustered out of service with the Regiment on March 17th, 1899, at Albany, Georgia.
